The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Chiesa di San Zulian Church. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and exceptional, especially the lovely bed.

I truly enjoyed its well decorated rooms.

The breakfast was fresh made and well organized for a hotel of this rating with beverages and wonderful coffee and scrambled eggs. Attentive and very friendly staff who were always there to help. The location couldn't be more perfect to the private water taxi that staff arranged to take us to the airport. Had nice dainties at Ostaria al Ponte, located so close to the venue.

We had a room overlooking courtyard, the hotel was great. The breakfast was fantastic, with plenty of food. The location was stunning anywhere in the city center and the staff here was very good.

The hotel was perfectly situated in a quieter area near the lovely Piazza Maria Formosa but within a few minutes from St. Marks and the Rialto. We had our own family apartment with two double rooms, perfect for a family with older children.

The hotel offers great service and has an awesome location just a short walk to Venice, the water's edge, the Rialto Bridge, and Saint Mark's Square. the staff is good at all times, and the rooms are immaculate and relaxing, some even with a balcony and roses.

Super friendly staff. Provided Gluten-free breakfast tray for my daughter (aged 10) showing a real understanding of Coeliac's disease! Night porter was great - as we checked in at 3 am!

rooms are a bit on the small size for the price - but that is the thing with Venice!!!

The convenience of being located between Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge made for easy walking. But the best part of Hotel Al Piave is the staff. Claudio is the one of the nicest front desk clerks we've ever met. He made excellent suggestions for restaurants and he was so easy to talk to. Bravo Claudio.

Everything was better as expected. The rooms on Floor 4 are new and best equipped. Worth the trouble on 4 floors without elevator. Location is perfect. Breakfast is OK.

The location is very central, next to Mark's Square and other attractions, stores, and Near Restaurants. The employees are polite and incredible. The standard quadruple room is exceptional and has a very nice, small balcony and air conditioning.

I would definitely book here again. Romantic family-run place. Excellent location near the center of Venice.

We enjoyed our brief stay and the warmth and hospitality of everyone. We were arriving after a two week cruise on which we took way too much luggage. Our room was in another building up on flight of narrow steps, but they were helpful getting our luggage to our room. They also helped get us to our water taxi when leaving. They had a great breakfast every morning. Our accommadations were clean and comfortable. The location was a short walk from San Marco Square in a quieter location, but there were adequate places to eat and shop near the hotel. Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Hotel Al Piave.
